"Reaching out" and contacting support is two very different things. I transferred a pretty big sum to those guys to have us jump ahead of Krungthep.

Just in case anyone was curious I can definitely say that the Prophecy did PM support and they confirmed we would stay in the WL with an ESL demotion. We were able to recruit knowing we were staying, which was a big help.
