Id have a baby with her if given the choiceYes, it is semantics. Semantics matter in a court of law -- matter a LOT. The prosecution did not prove Casey Anthony guilty. But that doesn't mean the defense proved she wasn't guilty. There's a huge difference between the two. But in a court of law, the only side that is required to prove anything is the prosecution.
I actually believe the jury got it right in that sense. If we're going to take away people's liberty or even their life for criminal violations, I want a very high standard to be met in order to do so. The prosecution did not meet that very high standard.
But at the end of the day, I'm still 90% certain Casey murdered Caylee. I just don't think 90% is certain enough to throw her in jail.
But it's definitely certain enough for me to not want to take the chance of having a baby with her.
