Well, if they're high enough levels and I approved of the builds then that could be arranged.

Hate to break it to you Mala but he's been playing against level 20+ corners most of the season and still lighting them all up. AAA #1 is a slightly stronger league than yours and he's still hitting big plays against very good teams it's not like he has 2 huge games and then a bunch of bad ones. He's got a lot of big plays in a lot of big games, ask the teams that played us last season how many got beat by Grifter's big plays.

I'm not saying he'd be a great #1 receiver but he'd still excel in your offense.

You are right about if everybody did it then it wouldn't work though, and I doubt there's more than 10 wr's as fast as him.

nvm i though u was in AA anyway it all depends on the team u r up against and how they set up their def tatics.

Almost ANY WR would excel in MY offense.

Seriously though, I do concede that he's not a bad WR #3. No way I'd play him as my #1 or #2 and I also don't think that I'd take him over my current WR #3 - who is speed-based but not to the excessive degree yours is.

I won't give all the reasons that I like my guy best. But he IS probably a better fit for my system. I'm under the impression you're run-first in your philosophy, no? Well, he does seem the best for your philosophy (in a lot of ways). But that's really because I've always conceded you well-focused team.

I'll say this again though:
You're gonna pay in the long run, buddy. You'll see.

Anecdotal evidence? flames, I'm not flaming. Fact remains that you're on here hell or high water and longer than most. The latter is as huge a part of your success as the former, whether you come to terms with that or not.

That said, you've a helluva team. Having a niche mismatch will yield results in GLB as it would the ol' NFL. My point is that, no, it's not manditory, but it helps. Particularly when there are other ballers checking your back and doing some distracting, ya dig?

If congratulations are in order, then congratulations. I'd certainly enjoy similar success with my players. Can't help but think, on a relative scale, that they perform similarly. They might be gaining ground still. Hope that you are.

Again, I ask.

Flames, you should try him as the #1 receiver and see if it still works. If he continues to dominate there, then I have to say... that's pretty disappointing. I guess I'll just be pumping up my speed.

It's a mismatch now and yeah people are going to key up on him. (why would I make this thread, other than to show that speed kills and to scare teams in my league about stopping him.)

Edit: And ballhair he actually does get some touchdowns at #1 and #2 when subbed into those spots.

Interesting...though how does he do against corners who have similar speed?

FYI, a bit of info that's relevant to this topic: An acceleration change, requiring a little more agility to get up to speed than currently needed, is on the list of random updates for the season 4 sim update, along with kicking, etc.

You might need a little more carrying/catching as well, since "power" tackling has also gotten a little boost to forcing fumbles and drops. We'll see how it goes I guess; min/max players will always find a way to elevate their game!

I would NEVER start that guy as my #1 or #2 because I wouldn't be able to count on him.

Why can't you count on him? This is a serious question.

I'd say he will do well whichever receiver he is unless he is facing a CB with the same (or similar) speed stats

I'm wondering how many players are considering quitting just because of this thread because I know I am.
