The Heartbreak Ridge Recons are at it again and looking for another championship. We are demoting to Rookie Casual and hope to keep the group together for 2 to 3 seasons (but give 1 year contracts in case you want to go in another direction).

We had a great season and looking to win again. I consider myself an experience and fair owner with the following goals:

1. Associate my team with quality owners who know how to build good players
2. Have a fun, relaxing experience (i.e., no drama)
3. Win a Championship

We are able to meet all three goals last season and expect to do that same as many of the agents are coming back. Since we are demoting and several other agents had superb players, they are continuing on with those players ... therefore, I need to fill in for these positions. Consider joining us if you are an honest agent who will keep their players active and desire to have fun and win.

For those of you who are thinking of joining the Recons, Dusty has been a good, honest, promise-keeping owner with great skills in leading and planning. He is clear and easy to work with. I've been working with dusty for a bunch of seasons. He's top notch, honest, and fun-loving. He's also very, very particular about the agents he accepts on his teams. So make sure you give him a glimpse into your agent-style, if you know what I mean.
