This is my HH CB experiment. The idea was to create a tackler to cripple weak WR upon getting the ball and creating FFum due to low carrying attributes among most WR in the game.
After a few seasons and some early success - the idea seems to be less viable as the seasons go on (mind you - the build is not optimal all the same).
So I figure I would pass on some observations.
1. If you build a HH CB - be sure to get a DC who knows what to do with it. I've had a few that liked the fact that the dot caused a few fumbles early in his career - but was never really comfortable using him in a defense package.
2. Probably not new to most CB builders - but speed is the most important attribute. Mid career I found that the dot allowed too many reception by allowing WR to create separation via speed. Str/tkl should be ok at about 68-70.
3. If you want to continue down the FFum idea - concentrate on gong ST as they are more likely to occur there. Otherwise the KL will be your stat of choice as a HH CBer.
In the meantime, if any of you have experience building such a CB and have more advice, or recommendations on what I can do - be happy to hear it.
