Let me try it this way...
If I have 135 BT and want to train agility up to, but not passed 102, how do you go about it now?
The addition of more than the barrier of "100" would be beneficial, no?
If there were no limit, then hypothetically I could set the BT mark at 165 and it would stop right before the 102 agility mark is reached (based on certain calculations).
