I'm not sure the WTC was designed to catch the weight of a falling skyscraper. I'm not sure any building in this world is designed to catch the weight of a falling skyscraper. If you think otherwise you are a fool. There is no engineer or construction crew in this entire world that can make a building withstand hundreds of thousands of pounds of swiftly moving mass.
