The point was that the top teams aren't present in many of the leagues represented.

If the top teams aren't in it, it's because they didn't sign up, not because they weren't invited, as is the case for the NCAA tourney.

Had alot of interest, few teams wanted to wait till the off season. Had quite a few from the same league. So I just went with the 1st 8 PMs I received, which just happened to be one from every league. Sorry for all those who wanted in. I kept it simple.
