It's a waste of money to sit and deliberately lose games, especially important ones. Dude, I wish I had their disposable income, sounds like a spoiled blue blood to me.

Waste of money? How so?

I'm not challenging you on this. I genuinely asking for clarification.

I would say it's because you are paying money to play a game and the point of the game is winning and getting to the top. Intentionally slowing down your progress either means that your goal isn't to reach the top (the top being Canada Pro), or that you have the money to keep dishing out 400FP a season to extend your ownership of the team - and given the fact that two thirds of the KC players are the owners' own players, and he boosts, I'm sure he has quite a lot of money.

Damn! I see what you mean. He's shelling out a lot of cash to do essentially nothing. If it was a little money...hey so what?...but 25 players +/-?!? I see your point.

You can't punt on every possession, only on 4th down, so you tell me, what's the best way to throw a game?

Learn your Football terms and stop trying to be a Smartass Possession means when you have the ball that covers 1st-4th down Meaning he would have did another running play on 4th down to really give him a short field

LOL, my bad. Good catch.

But just so you know, I'm going to take another shot at being a smartass, I'll get it right eventually.

Scenario: I log in, click on forums, click on Canada, click on A league. What do I see, this thread and still bitching about the conference championship game. Well I'll guess I'll keep this thread as the first thread to see when you click on Canada A.

I just can't understand why someone would do that. I mean, winning is nice, but its an internet game, I get over it in a couple minutes and move on with real life stuff. How much do you have to savor simulated internet football wins to intentionally lose a championship game in the hopes of winning more regular season games the next month?

Matters little though, karma should have Bort restructure all the leagues to stick us all with equal competition. Let's just hope its cruel enough to serve you a nice fat L in the playoffs this year so you have nothing to show for your "unusual" tactics.
