True, I am just suggesting that some sort of interesting effects, like a buff to Spin ability on highly elusive running, might actually makes elusives fun and effective.

And it would not require a lot of re-coding for pathing.

Just a thought.

Adding incentives like a buff to spin for people on Super Elusive, while it would make it more enticing, doesn't fix the main problems. The main problems being...that super elusive is undesirable for elusive backs due to pathing.

It shouldn't just be for Super Elusive, because SE doesn't work.

It should be like Slippery, which is for 50 Elusive and beyond.

It's not like they never gain yards currently.

But they also run the sweeps and have 4 yd losses a lot as well Bort...When do you see PBs taking 4 yd losses numerous times a game?

Yea, elusives really don't have a Short Yardage Master like VA.

It seems like no HB can escape a CB for some reason. Especially in the back field. lol

I want to see an elusive back run a complete circle around the defense.

I would encourage you to use Hulk Blazing or D-League HB (or talk to their agents) as they know much better than I do

I can PM you a couple if you like though...

I would also talk to skanker irl.

Alternatively, or in addition, we could fix SE >_>

Yes and I don't even think a true elusive HB should need 61 str.

I think a lot of agents consider an elusiveback build is something with either an equal amount of speed and agility or slightly more agility than speed.

Well since they got nerfed back in season 6-7 how would we know what the "best build" would be at this point?

In addition, definitely.

Here is a big issue which people are sorta hinting at but not really saying it the way I want it said. 100 agility rb's aren't able to make fakes without sa's. Think about that.. If you are a super elusive hb you can't even compete without sa's. I mean look at it from the other side. Lb'ers have the ability to tackle without sa's... Imagine not being able to tackle without having 5 in an sa. But a hb can't make a fake, or do anything without investing in sa's.

A HB can break tackles without investing in SAs, so your analogy fails. Fakes are a specialized skill. I really think your concern about agility is better addressed simply by the better pathing that Deathblade mentioned. If HBs get better about moving to keep distance from defenders while still moving upfield, then agility has great value in making cuts without losing much speed.

A 4 month old baby can juke though, doesn't mean it will be a good juke though. Breaking a tackle is just running through a guy while faking is just moving so that he gets thrown off balance..it shouldn't be a specialized skill except to enhance it. The inherent chance should be possible imo.

This, I have seen power HBs IRL fake guys out. There should be an inherent ability to take.

Steady Grip, Short Yardage Monster (becuase they run the ball so much behind the LOS), Scat Back if they have any catching, then maybe Quick/Track Star
