- Players may no longer be cut within 6 days of signing a contract.
- Players may no longer receive a signing bonus twice in one day.

- Players may not be traded within 3 days of signing them (Don't sign somebody and turn around and trade them right away - scummy move!)

- Oceania, SE Asia, S America teams added
- 3 day trade window restriction lifted for off season (it's coming back in some form or another though, so don't get used to lying to newbies and selling them off, or creating players as a means to make quick money for your team by pawning them off on other owners)

- 40 man limit for cuts has been lifted for off-season. Any CPU team with less than 40 players will get auto-filled with CPU players. This limit will re-enable on day 1, for all teams!

- All the team swaps on my list have been completed. If you sent me a PM about it and didn't get swapped (and your trade partner was a good fit for your league levels) let me know. Make sure your PM title includes the word "League Swap." I will not be doing any new swaps from now on, so only those who contacted me or Thorn before today count (Don't contact me tomorrow and ask to trade spots with another team!).

- Season 2 bonus is being sent out as I type this. Who will create the first "I just got 100 FP somehow" thread?

- Team wait list options now include region and individual levels you want to aim for.
- Energy/Morale reset to 100 for season start.

- Schedules added. I will be processing season ticket sales shortly. Some of you have your ticket prices WAY too high. It doesn't matter if you have 100% rich fan support; you cannot charge 5-6 times the expected price. Ticket prices should generally be at most 2.5 times expected prices. If you screw up today, you'll get a chance to lower your prices and sell some tonight at rollover as well.

- D-leagues filled out to 32 leagues

- D league teams will now cut/sign extra CPU players and re-order depth charts at nightly rollover.

- The bug with multiple copies of your team in the pulldown for make_offer should be fixed now
- PM's from Admins and Moderators now show up in a different color in the inbox.
- Additional option added to offense AI to "follow the AI strictly" - use with caution!

- Auto Order DC should now omit starters from special teams (D-League will re-order at nightly rollover).

- Added a basic filter for team and player names (pro sports teams, and curse words) - will add more as they are reported. Please note that just because it a name is not on the "banned" list doesn't mean it's ok.
- Replay now pauses at the end of a play, and the bug with apostrophes in player names should be fixed. Make sure you hit "refresh" on a replay page to get the latest javascript file.

- Made some database configuration updates, there are still more I need to do, but I need to see what happens with this one first to figure out how to proceed.
- You can now "check all" and sort your inbox/outbox, and forward messages.
- Option to block forum avatars added to "account options"
- Flex point history available in "account options"
