[Pro Bowl Ballots - The Official Voting Period Has Commenced; Vote Your Men Into the Game]

Description:
The day is here; The time is now. The official polls are open to begin voting your team members into the Pro Bowl Game on Wednesday, June 3, 2009 in Montreal, Canada @ Olympic Stadium, following the close of the League Championship. We ask that all Owners, GMs & Agents take into consideration the individuals around you. There were sixty total hours to have your players added into the ballots on top of the base ballots provided from the Canada A#3 Pro Bowl Committee. We sincerely apologize to those agents who feel their player should have slated a name on the ballot. We did our best to accommodate EVERYONE'S feelings the best we could. Below we've posted a few rules and guidelines concerning the voting process. We ask that you the user(s) follow them to assure the utmost level of fairness for others, as well as the individual links to vote for your conference. If you'd like to re-post this Pro Bowl thread into your team's forum, simply click "Quote", in the Quick Reply Field below the entire post, webcoded and all will show in entirety. Simply Copy & Paste it into you own thread inside the Team Forum, than remove the "Quote Tags". If you have ANY further questions feel free to reply below with your question(s) and it will be assessed ASAP.

Rules & Regulations:

☞ 1 Vote per. User; I (BobbyBlackk) have access to the log and WILL remove all votes from same IP's, in addition to removing your original vote. If in the case you share an IP Address with another user, please contact myself with the approx. time of your votes, and I will use to PM's timestamp to match times. This will assure the matching of IP's and making a note of it, preventing any deletion.

☞ You MUST complete the ballot in full (29 Complete Votes/29 Players). In the case of an incomplete ballot, the ballot will be discarded.

☞ In the coarse of a tie, I myself (BobbyBlackk) will be the deciding ballot to assure 100% fairness in a tie breaker. All of the parties tied WILL receive a slot on the Pro Bowl team, but one will have the title of "Starter" or "Backup". Due to the low activity level, the initial idea of having one player represent from each team has been thrown out as, the low level of interest in the 'Discussion' forum was enough to rule out the 'Leagues Interest' in entirety.

☞ Sharing of the ballot links MUST NOT be cycled through various different leagues. Let's keep this fair and honest as possible.

☞ Conference Voting Rules Apply; You may ONLY vote for your conference. Both Ballot Logs will undergo IP Matching to weed out users from voting in opposite Conferences. If in the case you happen to be in both conferences as a User/Player, PM me (BobbyBlackk) first, informing of this instance. I will than be able to use the PM Timestamp to IP Match, and note for 'No Deletion'. ALL DUPLICATE MATCHES WILL BE REMOVED, INCLUDING THE ORIGINAL VOTE(s).

☞ Voting Start Time: Monday, June 1,2009 @ 12:01 PM EST; Voting End Time: Wednesday, June 3, 2009 @ 12:01 AM EST; Following the closing time the ballot WILL BE LOCKED manually by myself (BobbyBlackk)

I do apologize if this may pose as an inconvenience, opening the polls four hours ahead of schedule. I walk into work, and pull up my email and I see that I have a lunch-in business meeting @ 11:45 AM, on top of a lengthy bit of work to go through in the mean time. Thus meaning I wouldn't be near a computer at 12:01 PM EST to open the polls. This gives you ALL an extra four hours to get your teams involved in the voting. the western conference has 2 TE voting spots. I checked the east and it only has one which I think it should be. To avoid confusing I would vote the same person in both TE spots since it should only be one. (Like anybody should vote for anybody other than the Cocks TE anyway. That dude is retarded.)

LOL I would do it if it was on any team and I am sure this fool won't be the only person to do it, but he voted for only Mounties players. Meaning if there was not a Mountie on the ballot for that position he didn't vote. Someone didn't read the rules. 3 votes so far and one of them already doesn't count. Hilarious.

I think I am going to start a over/under on how many people's ballots won't count do to not filling it out completely. I will set it at 9 and I'll take the over.

There are 2 ROLB spots in the East ballot. Also, Mustangs LB Shin Takami is on both ROLB ballots, and the LOLB ballot. When I voted he was leading all 3, lol.

I just looked things over, and all 4 I had remade last night had the same issue (1 Category, Double Posted), and when I look at it, those were my save points when the site was sending me an error. The double post WAS NOT my fault, as it was a technical issue on the sites end, there was some 'hub-bub' in the forums about it. So I went back and deleted one of the categories that was double posted...I noted the issue, and jotted down the numbers that were present. So THIS TIME ONLY;

- Eastern Conference: If you KNOW your voted for the FIRST ROLB Category, PLEASE state it here and I'm willing to allow you to submit ONE SINGLE vote. The time-stamp will allow me to match the IPs, preventing it from deletion. I want to assure YOUR vote is EXACTLY how you'd like it.
- Western Conference: If you KNOW your voted for the SECOND TE Category, PLEASE state it here and I'm willing to allow you to submit ONE SINGLE vote. The time-stamp will allow me to match the IPs, preventing it from deletion. I want to assure YOUR vote is EXACTLY how you'd like it..

Teams may go forth and fwd this along to your team forums aswell...Allowing EVERYONE who made the mistakes to fix them. But please be honest, because in the end I WILL find duplicate ID's, and there will be no note stating that the IP already voted once.

I think I am going to start a over/under on how many people's ballots won't count do to not filling it out completely. I will set it at 9 and I'll take the over.

Happens EVERY Season that I run the Pro Bowl ballots. And it's such a pain in the neck deleting the ballot as I have to delete their 'answers' (vote), 1 by 1. And ALOT of times it becomes the difference maker in deciding the 'winner'.

Thing is, a lot of the mounties deserve to go... some of the homer votes i'm seein pop on the ballot are ridiculous.

vote for the best players homers.
