Let's be honest; MOST players aren't active in the League Forums...here we're truth & numbers, Team Forums will have the favoritism. I just wish I could do more, haha...It's nice having a Pro Bowl each season...sucks for the Moderator(s), who oversee EVERYTHING that goes on to assure smooth operation...can't really do too much, because the second I go forth and voice my opinion, apposed to keeping the guidlines in place, SOMEONE will b*tch and say SOMETHING isn't fair. There's actually ALOT of players who deserve at least one vote that haven't gotten one. All that hard work all seaosn to become such solid names and leave w/ no cup & no player recognition. I'm trying to workout a 'Player Award' system that I could run throughout the season. Like 'Best LB', 'DC of the Year' , etc.. make a stock template design for Avitars. Run it for a season or two, so there's sufficient examples for Pete to look at. Users need more recognition, as do players.

- Users Receive A Cup...nothing more
- Players Receive a Cup and 'Statistical Awards'

The hard part is figuring the formulas to create a running table, something similar to the 'MVP' Table...

I don't think the voting has been all that bad Matt. I mean you won't have 100% agreement but that is what you live with in a vote.

Well it looks like the Gamecocks have come out in full force in the voting over an 8 hour period of time. Multi-voter or was it posted in the team forum at that time and got multiple support? I guess we will find out.

Also max votes for any cat. is currently 31 and min is 28. So we know 3 peoples votes won't count.

I've yet to run the the IP Log yet...but have noticed the high number of support for the Gamecocks. I just hope it's due to the high # of support in their team forum. They deserve something. All season they got looked at as the middle man in the top tier teams, esp. by me...and I personally feel they came out this season's Playoffs and shut some people up. Even I had to back pedal a little bit...they went further than I had anticipated.

I'm sure it's support...our probowl thread is active. I do think it sets the vote out of wack in some cases...but I believe it was done in a legit manner...

For future probowl selections, I suggest you allow popular vote for nomination and 2 GM votes for selection.

This will eliminate active team agents dominating the voting process.

Yeah Jake I am not trying to accuse someone. it happened really quickly getting a bunch of votes.

Bobby, tell me about. Going into the playoffs I got my dream match up on what could happen with only a game left. 1. We got a home game. 2. We drew the Gamecocks who I thought was by far the weakest of the 13-3 teams. 3. We would have Moose Jaw who seemed to be having issues to end the season or Port Royal who we blew out in the second round.

So I was thinking one big solid sneak attack game plan for Alberta and we could get our trophy. I got too far ahead of myself and the Gamecocks came to play. I was thinking 45-24 was what the score would be but they stepped up and shocked me.

They are one hell of a team that I underestimated.

BTW at least 5 people that didn't fill out a complete ballot.
