Yes, the initial pushback effect will be greater, because the blocker has no momentum to work with.

Have you ever thought of organizing a focus group. Just your average users to take a temperature of the game where it's heading etc.

Secondly, a lot of times you listen to only the people who post in forums. You have done some "Polls". Has GLB thought of a user survey on everything from new ideas, to issues with the game that need to be fixed. There are a lot of users that play the game but don't post in the forums

Since we stated that carrying helps in ways outside of the "obvious"...does catching help WRs in a similar fashion? Obviously it affects the area in which a WR can catch pass(along with jumping apparently). Does it help SAs fire? Does it help with route running(speed, agility, etc).

Related question...do the rate in which the WR SAs fire depend in part on the carrying of said WR? That could explain why you see WAY less spins for a WR than a RB(even more disproportionate than the touches they have IMO).

You guys ever thought about hiring someone to do Web Pages for Teams. You could charge flex for the page to be made and any changes would cost extra flex. Could be a good source of extra income and a way for team owners to have a more sophisticated look to their respective team. We all know the more prepared/organized you are as an owner the better chance you have for gaining/keeping top agents!

Is anything being done in regards to the power of the DvG VA?

I predict this will be the next major whine point.

Agi, Str, Weight mainly. There's actually several rolls that go on during the blocking process, and multiple ways to break a block. Str will help you not get pancaked and do reverse pancakes. Agility will help you spin & rip around the blocker, though that is moe useful when pass rushing than vs the run (str is more important there). A lot of what happens depends on your pass rush tactics as well.

so would break block % adveq be calculated into every role?

I've thought of doing a user survey but Bort said something about "spam" laws so not sure I can.

Is this the way that you (Catch22) envisioned the Q&A sessions working?

Nothing planned. Haven't seen a whole lot of threads re: DvG.

Don't have it off the top of my head. The basic gist is this:

- Every time two teams play each other, they gain "rivalry points" with each other. More for a close game and/or playoffs, none for a blowout
- Once you get enough rivalry points between two teams, they become rivals, which is denoted somewhere on the team page or standings
- When we promote teams, we can sort them by rivalry points. This will naturally keep teams who play each other closely together more often than not, and allows them to move around amongst the caps together.

I don't see it as being any different than a merchant website sending a follow up email to a customer asking for them to review their recently purchased product.....
