You've said that blocking kicks and punts are coming, so can you give us a little insight on what would make a productive blocker? common sense says jumping and having a taller player but is there anything else you can tell us?

Could we please get a more structured forum infraction system? Specifically more warnings before suspensions, logged warnings/suspensions, and consistent infraction lengths based on the degree of the offense?
Because right now if you run into the "wrong mod", you're fucked without a warning. And at the same time, if you run into a laid back mod, they might just edit your post and not even tell you what you did wrong.

I think it's answered in Bort's answer. Shorter players have a lower center of gravity and are harder to knock over.

Well I was mostly referring to their weight. Seems counter intuitive that guys that are in some cases, literally the smallest guy on the field can break tackles at a rate that is close to 1 per carry.

I would imagine speed and agility as well... gotta get into the backfield quickly.

No - it wasn't meant for every player to be fully equipped at higher levels. It's supposed to be a strategic choice of who to equip and how much to equip.

To follow up on my other question, what do you think the 4th most important attribute for a CB is behind Speed, Agility, and Vision? Would it be Jumping or Catching or possibly something else?

I'm fairly happy with how things work scale-wise at the moment, but I guess there's always room for improvement if we are seeing issues. Acceleration kinda bugs me right now (players accelerate too durn fast). I'd have to look at the builds and situations of those tacklers to know for sure, but something doesn't sound quite right there...but then you'd think power backs would have been worthless otherwise, and they weren't. Up for a study?

No, bc these players generally make the tackles after the power back broke 3-4 tackles, and they come in and clean up. Just like in real life, if a player has been hit 3-4 times, a lower tackling player is able to make the tackle.40/40 str tackle players aren't going to make a tackle if a power back gets through the line un touched, so I think its working just fine.

Same package, carries over from input to input.

Pallow is working on a huge upgrade to Forum Rules and how things are done. It should be done within the next month.

If I drive to Portland (about 4 hours away, I think..maybe a bit longer) and buy you guys all dinner and drinks.....can my players get a boost? Can you teach me how to build better? Or I am beyond help?
