Is there a syntax to the inputs? Like the input that says "4th down, out of FG range", what kind of modifiers can we add to this?

OK, let me know if this is the wrong thread for this and point me to the right direcion, if so. A couple questions: should I assume that all setings are 'AND' statements and that there is no good way to do 'OR' statements. For instance, if I want to say:

Pass long if down is between 2 and 3 and yards to first is between 10 an 99 OR
Down is between 2 and 3 and time is less than 120 and score is between -4 and -7.

Also, is there a source for help to see if I'm doing this right? I set the following up for one quarter in my first scrimmage:

Test Run
Input: Less than 420 seconds, Down between 1 and 3, Yards to go between 1 and 15.
Output: 50%Outisde Run OffTackle HB, 50% Run Pitch HB
Test Pass:
Input: Down Between 1 and 3
Output: 50% Play Type Pass, Pass Distance Long, Primary Rec: WR, 50% Play Type Pass, Pass Distance Medium, Primary Rec: WR

Will this result in passing to WR's the whole quarter on downs 1-3 till the seven minute mark at which point it should switch to running the whole quarter? Where would I put my statment to pass if it is under seven minutes, but the yards are greater than 15? or will it default to my second statement if that situation comes up?

Thanks for any and all help.

Is there any chance of: There being AI an AI construction instructions provided by the game designer including the current programing changes at the time?, a chance of getting the playbook moving faster than it taking 4 hours to create a playbook(like 100 basic options already set?) The more complicated the playbook gets the more plays are required to lock down everything, can you make this less time consuming to deal with for people that do other things than play this game(20 min time goal to setup)?

By the time a person spends the hours needed to find setup info the spend the time to contact the server with each new play added to the playbook before the save it's 4 hours to find info then 4 hours for each setup. I feel this should be fun, not another job. Nobody is paying me to waste time and get headaches because the settings have changed again and no instuctions are easily searchable. You have to seach for instuctions then search for what you want. THIS IS ALL TOO TIME CONSUMING!!! A LITTLE PROGRAMING HELP PLEASE CONSIDER WHAT YOU ARE PUTTING THE GAME PLAYERS THRU WHEN YOU: MAKE IT CHECK THINGS WITH THE SLOW SERVER EVERY CLICK, INCLUDING NEW THINGS THAT ARE TIME CONSUMING TO IMPLEMENT FOR AN OWNER, THE SETTIG BUTTONS SHOULD BE MORE INTUITIVE (WHERE'S THE TIMEOUT BUTTON ANYWAY?)
