For clarification, you would just purchase a peewee team and reboot each year, rather than building through out a lifetime like (traditional) non-boosted player. Is this correct?

Not trying to hate on your idea or anything but I have a few questions.

Wouldn't most every member have to sell their team back each season and start over if this is done in pee wee? Showing any signs of life... ie: an owner, is going to lead to the teams being 'promoted' and shuffled after the first and each subsequent season regardless of record, ya? Would this be easier to do in a Rookie league so you can request to stay in the league and be reset rather than promote? Any chance you can go the Casual league route so it just isn't the same old quality/dominant GMs beating the same old not so great owners and GMs ?

I'd be interested in taking on a team but it sounds kinda like what my current team is now minus the NFL-esque name.

I don't think you understand....This is run by scrimmages not by a league. Why would you need to sell the team back each season? It is a private league run by scrims meaning that you don't all have the be in the same GLB league. Who cares if you promote....you wouldn't be game planning for your regular season games anyway so probably no chance you would promote past silver.

Edit: Then for the last question you had...no offense but get better, I would not do this if it was casual and many others probably wouldn't either.

I think GTD summed it up.
Wouldn't matter what league your in
Oh and we do need to maybe make this a rule, that ONLY the owner can run the entire team. I see what Nif is getting at. Some teams take Crackertown for example, have a great DC (McCollums) and a great OC in Jstrong and company who specialize in what they do. I suck at defense but I will have to run my own defense, as with ZMs team, he will have to run his own offense. Is this what you mean Nif?

Hate casual! NGTH...lol

We do need to start making up a solid format to follow with a lot of input.

No offense taken. If I wanted to game plan I'd do it for my current team. The scrim thing must've gone in one ear(eye?) and out the other. Just got mixed up when he started talking about taking over a whole copper league. I can get beat by the same old dudes now so this isn't for me. Carry on.

Maybe teams should be GM free?
Would draw in new blood as it is already the case

That would be cool....but my team forums would get a little boring

Too bad you can't have like a T.O. Dot that complains about not getting the ball enough

Teams should be just owner only, no other people allowed on the team.
And to be honest, a lot of us should try to go all-CPU to see who has the best AI's.
Just my opinion on that one.

For now I would like to reserve the New York Giantz...I'll make it known for certain or not...soon.
