Think of it this way with training.

Intense during the offseason since no worries about energy. (Save some money up)

Relaxed after a game if needed. (Healing up after a game.)

Normal for your everyday training. or alternate between normal and intense if you have the stamina for it.

Great guide. One thing I noticed though. On your explanation on what skills to spend training on, and what skills to use level up skill points on, you use Carrying, and Speed as examples. Towards the end of that explanation, you get carrying and speed confused when making your final deduction. If you follow it closely while reading, it's evident what you meant to say, but I thought you might want to edit it and make it more clear.

why blocking as a minor skill for defense?

Why would defensive players block? On an INT maybe. Any other time it is pass rushing and run coverage, but blocking is for offensive players.

I think it's the same reason why tackling is a minor skill for the O-line, they both can play both sides of the ball, haha.

No one knows. And it's going to change next season anyways, so whatever answer is given won't be that useful right now.

Well, what was it for season 1? Even if it's gonna change, it'd be helpful for those of us who just joined. Assuming you play a good amount (40-50+ plays) is it roughly about the same time as your daily XP amount? 2-3x as much? Half as much? Just some ballpark information would be nice... even if they're going to tweak it.

I can only speak through lvl 1-4. But it's roughly 3x as much as training. That's why we've been telling people that playing time is more important than anything else bcs that's the main source of XP.

Wow, ok thanks. That's helpful. I knew playing time was important because of XP (as well as just helping your team out), but didn't realize it was THAT important for XP... it's a bigger factor than I realized/expected. Even if they tweak it down to be only roughly 2x as much as daily training, that'd still bigger than I realized... very helpful information to have.

I leveled up at the end of last year. I just bought more flex and want to level up again. When will I be able to use them flex to level 9
