Okay -- does this mean that if a player comes in with energy at 90, for example, his freshness starts at 90, but can go above that if he spends enough time on the bench? Or is his starting freshness the upper limit for that game?

Is current breath started at starting freshness, or is it automatically 100%? Can current breath be greater than freshness during a game?

this is a sweet update because it almost completes my ideas for stamina usage.

The player's breath always ranges from 10-100 in the game. Freshness determines how quickly he loses breath from doing stuff. The freshness variable gets set to your player's energy bar level to start the game.

So with this update a player should not have bad breath or he will come out of the game? Is there going to be a Mentos option available to players?
