- Fix issue where QB could audible TE to block left on QB kneel plays

I'm pretty sure that the completion rates of screen passes were determined to be a BUG. Bug testers ran games Catch asked them to, and HBs were catching screen passes at a noticeably lower rate than catching regular routes. I believe this change was a bugfix, which Bort has always said will occur whenever, not a "balancing" issue which shouldn't normally happen this late.

Also, at least announce it instead of ninja change log entry. There is no ***NEW*** flag next to the change log, so an announcement should have been made and maybe an explanation of 'why' a mid season change was occurring.

Also, perhaps define a short pass and a long pass for us. We are too stupid to know what Bort means by short and by long. Is there a magic cutoff point or is it the route distance?

Yeah...I thought that was a little late in the season to do. And I do remember changes not being made unless it was an exploit or something like that.

In the end I guess it's clear that any type of Democracy does not exist in GLB. More like a squeaky wheelatarian government if you ask me.

If the change was so "minor," why couldn't it have waited until the end of the season? The reality is that none of us, not even bort, know the true effect of any change in this game until it is implemented. What seems more logical, implemented a change on day 23 and using the playoffs to see how it works/letting the coordinators test it out, or doing it in the offseason and and using the preseason to test it out?

Screen passes are Borted. HBs just drop them left and right for some reason while catching other routes just fine.

It is an absolute travesty that pursuit calculations no longer use current vector only.
