All I know is that when I look at my level 73 players I have a sense of accomplishment. When I look at my level 70 or 71 guys and realize that is as good as they can be, I feel like I wasted my time and money.

Not a bad idea, and would be a good compromise. Guys who actually hit 72-74 will have the extra SP and ALGs while not making them ridiculously better than players created in a similar time frame. That +4 to EQ is massive.

Ok listen up
after trying to Vision the glb landscape in 2 seasons it's going to basically be if you're not level72 you can't compete in the wl, and we are going to get in a situation where any dot that doesn't hit 72 is just going to retire...
Glb should roll out something to the effect of -
- you can boost up to 6 times in your final boosting season until hitting 72
- if you're 71 you get 3boosts as normal
You want the players who boosted got game exp entire career to have the level advantage and va' advantage
This would balace the wl, help those dots who missed games exp w/e hit level72, and since their counterparts will have a va' advantage of 5-7 these dots won't be at any advantage from the 1-2 sp they got from algs.
Could also charge 2 times the flex on those extra 3 boosts so if you wait to boost at end of career6times you not only miss on the vas, but it also costs more...

The only way I would be okay with this, is if bort had a script to run that ensured that every boost available to said player was taken. If this is not the case it is a unfair advantage for these players.
So, if the player took every advantage possible to boost, and played on a team, missing XP randomly at random levels, then and only then would I find this to be acceptable.

Good idea, put this in so those of us with unlimited dots can never lose you're so caught up on a dot having a 1-2 sp advantage that you're not looking at the 5-10 vas lost and 2+ full levels behind these dots are.. I'm just glad you have the best interest of the game in mind rather than worrying about a dot who may have1-2 more blocking than you : facepalm :
