You think my points are harsh?? Did I call anyone a 'dick'?? If you want to open a debate about constructive critisism, then calling me a dick isn't going to be a good start!! When does the school term start again???

I've been playing the game long enough, and have paid more than enough, to have a viewpoint about it.

I happen to think too many changes have been made that have been detrimental to the overall enjoyment for the majority of players.

I don't subscribe to the viewpoint that I have to kiss Bort's rear end in every post, although I do appreciate his hard work and will happily give praise where and when it's due without wanting to be appointed as a mod/tester on the back of it

If anyone thinks the game, as it stands, is 'working as intended', then please carry on - after all, they do say that a fool and his money is easily parted.........

I can honestly say that, in all my life, I've never been referred to as "glib" or "obtuse", and I'm pretty sure that nothing in that post even remotely implied that anyone was stupid.

Intended implication: Bugs make people post angry, and often humorous, threads. The end.

When I see something I interpret as a bug, I come to this forum expecting to see a half dozen threads relating to that bug. I'm usually right.

And, regardless of how many times Bort posts in this thread, 20 more will pop up by day's end.

Stupid? Um...no?

Predictable? Very.

The first sims of the day were messed up -- One of my players had a game at 10 EST where WRs were getting passed to and there was only 1 sack total. This is after 2 hours of Bort fixing stuff. The WR passing bug was definitely partially responsible for the increased amount of sacks. With a full day of reports and analysis, I imagine tomorrows sims will go much better.

Really, some of you need to not get quite so worked up about what happened in preseason. I'll say again that its as much a test of the sim against our human entry as it as for the teams to get ready for the season. I'm glad errors are being presented early and Bort is able to fix them (quickly, as evidenced above) This is part of a beta, and we all are aware that this is indeed a beta, whether we are spending money or not.

A word of warning, I criticized the playoff sim because I feel the upset equalizer is set wrong giving low seeded teams an unfair advantage even though they most certainly are as good after they boost late.

Low and behold, we just played the worst game we ever have.

Coincidence? I think not.

Could be something with the AI on O but our team went for it on 4th down everytime today, no matter where we were at. I thought that kind of odd.

Yeah your game looks pretty normal? I didnt go to deep into it but it looks about right.

That would definitely be your O AI settings. Make sure you have a punt input/output!
