Should an owner drop unused CPU players?

We are still paying them, right?

Yeah, if you already have all the human players that are needed, you should drop them.

Haha, there are a lot of RU fans on here. There are at least 2 all-RU teams I believe.

Hmmm...I just recently bought a team but ut has less than 500K, which will making getting human players a challenge. Any advice on this? Should I take out a loan, though 27% seems a beastly amount of interest.

You will get income after ticket sales at the beginning of the season. They give all the new teams a flat $500,000 to start them out.

The fan support bars give you an idea about how high you can drive up the cost. The expected price is derived from those bars I believe. The numbers will shift if you win or lose. Yeah, if you set the prices higher/lower the sales will change a bit. But this can be off-set by the season ticket price discount.

So a 0 in high income says the price should come down on club seats to get interest? Should we try to drive those numbers to 50? Does anyone have experience in getting normal/club seats sold out in various levels of play? Maybe someone with season 1 history can relate their current bars and how they are interpreting them? I'm still not sure what to do with the info provided...I know we're all learning the new bars, but there are a lot of newbies out here now

Thanks.

They just added the bars, so no one really knows how everything corresponds. Everyone's kind of flying blind in terms of using those things as indicators, haha. The only thing people know is that the teams that did well in the playoffs have close to 100 for low income and around 30 for high income. But like before, it's just playing with the numbers as the tickets get sold.

atm my team has $20,596.00 ($823,840.00/yr)

is that ok?

That's really good if your team is a full team of humans. Anything under $1 mil/season is pretty solid for new owners.

If I hand out new salaries now, will I have a chance to resign my players in the offseason after season 2 or will they all immediately become free agents?

You can renegotiate with your players anytime they're on contract. So to be safe, I'd just renegotiate during the playoffs.
