SA at 11 works fine. It's currently just impossible to get it higher, since you can only get a natural 10, and a +1 from your custom equipment.

The new equipment stuff will allow you to get some more +1's, though, so you could theoretically get up to 15.

Seems like 19 is theoretically possible:

natural 10, +1 from custom, +4 from a first piece of advanced EQ and +4 from a second = 19...

Do the 16, etc points do any good?

Yeh every point adds some bonus, just diminishing returns, so that the bonus doesn't make you godlike.

The % based ones have the biggest diminishing returns, like pump/headfake and juke....so you can never get to a point where it always works.

I would disagree....as the % based ones are opposed roles and therefore the other side can always pump their SA's and get back on an even playing field.

It's the unopposed ones that probably see the biggest reductions.

21 actually.

32 tokens on 1 piece == +3 SA
32 on second == +3 SA
32 on third == +3 SA
0 on fourth == +1 SA
10 Natural
1 from custom
21 total

32+32+32=48+48

This is an extreme case where each piece would have to be +3/+1 to start with, in order for it to be worthwhile, but I don't think anyone would use that 4th piece. Realistically two pieces is all anyone would ear at once, three at the absolute most.

Well, he started it by saying "Theoretically" =)

And on a side note, I *COULD* see this happening on a team that can't afford full equipment upgrades. If someone's stuck with level 32 or 40 equipment anyways, may as well spread it out with AEQ.

Why do you have advanced equipment only upgraded up to only 4 times? At Level 56 it would be 5 for advanced equipment so
10 Natural
+1 from Custom
+5 from advanced equipment when Level 56 gear is upgraded
And another +5 from advanced equipment if it has the same SA and is upgraded.
That makes it 21!

It's about how many bonus tokens you can actually have! Right now my highest guy has 95 bonus tokens. That's a far cry from 128 tokens.

128 can actually get 4 pieces to +3 each, for a total of 12+1+10=23.

This is the only thread I can find about this topic (yay non-existent search!).

Did we ever get any sort of answer on the returns of SAs above 10, and what the upper limit is? I've got my Return Specialist up to 15 now (10 naturally), so trying to figure out if I should continue upgrading that, or sell it, get my Return at 10, and then boost up a Juke piece to get Juke to 6.

If getting things above 10 is barely noticeable, I'd obviously go for Juke. But if there IS an equal return with AEQ pieces over 10 SA...

there are diminishing returns, and i am confident that they are discussed somewhere itt
