damn! I didn't realize this thread was a year old until i got to the end.

I like to boost after level 23 or 24 so this puts me in the middle of the 2 choices.

Isn't there a rumor floating around that VA's may be going away , not just specific ones but maybe all eventually ? If that's the case then i'd say no.
