Don't punish the many because of the few.... Adjust the speed so that DE's don't morph through an o-line, or fix the o-line blocking ai. But don't make restrict DC's to "Line Shifts"... That'd set us back three seasons...

If the DPC or defense is nerfed at the end of this discussion at all, the GLB defense community will scream bloody murder and D-Line players will be retired en masse. Offenses still put up massive numbers against a defense that's improved and has the ability to create new defense. If Drygerian vs Cincinnati is 73-52, offense needs to be toned down. As far as I'm concerned, this should not be fixed unless the offense takes a major nerf. So what if the D-Line teleports through a small hole every 10th passing play or 20th passing play. The offense will just go drive down the field next possession and score a touchdown, so they only win by 80 instead of 87.

Nerf the offense before you re-nerf the defense or you will have a ton of pissed off defensive owners.
